I bought a magazine the other day that had a section in it called "Kids Can Cook". Eddie was looking at it and asked if he could make something out of it. So tonight he made dinner.
He made brownies for dessert and Peppy Macaroni for dinner.
Here he is cracking eggs. Did a good job, no egg shells in the brownies.
He is mixing up the brownies. He was very excited when I got the mixer out and then actually let him use it!
He is getting the Peppy Macaroni casserole out of the oven.
Ta-Da!! The Peppy Macaroni was macaroni and cheese in a casserole dish with pepperoni, pizza sauce and cheese on top. Then it went in the oven to melt the cheese.
He even served us. Too bad Ed was out of town and missed it. It was delicious. The girls now want a night to cook. If Dustin and Ed each take a turn I could only have to cook one night!!!Look out Emeril, here comes Eddie!!!

Were there strawberries with the brownies??? Oh wait he cooked the brownies!!!
