Kellis Gymnastics Meet

Kelli had another awesome gymnastics meet today. Even better then last one! She placed first in uneven bars with a score of 9.6 and first in the floor exercise with a 9.6. She also placed second in vault with a 9.0 and 3rd on the beam with a 9.0. Her all around score was 37.90 out of 40. This is the best meet she has ever had! She is very pleased with herself as she should be! We are very proud of her.

Eddies picture

Eddie drew this picture yesterday and told me it was a picture of him as a comedian and then changed his mind and told me it was a picture of Ed as a comedian! Not bad. Maybe Eddie thinks this will be Eds next "gig", a comedian!

Hey Mom! The Puzzle is Done!

Mom and I started a puzzle on the night of the Poker game a few weeks ago. She left and went to Texas before we could get it done. But I finished it tonight. It is a Thomas Kinkade picture.

This puzzle had two extra pieces in it that didnt fit in this puzzle. Not sure what puzzle they go to!

Eddie and the Thrashers Girl

Tonight for dinner we went to a resturant named Indigo Joe's. The owners of the resturant happen to be customers of ours at the UPS store. We do a lot of their printing. They were having a St. Patrick's Day celebration. The girl in the picture with Eddie is a Thrashers Girl. I believe she comes out during breaks of the Thrashers games. Eddie is a huge Thrashers fan and loves to go to their games!

A-Door-Able

When Mom and I went to the Sewing Expo last weekend, I bought a pattern to make this A-Door-Able. It is something to hang on the door knob and fill with flowers, candy or anything you want. I made one last night for Eddies teacher. This week is teacher appreciation week. I filled it with what else, but chocolate. It was so simple and quick to make. I had it done in less then 30 minutes and I think it turned out really cute.

A Busy Few Weeks

It has been a busy few weeks at our house! Hopefully this will catch us up some! Mom and Dad arrived from Florida the end of February. We have had a nice visit with them.

On Monday, March 3rd, Kelli participated in the Fine Arts night at her school. Here she is in her chorus outfit showing the picture that she drew in art class. She also sang a few songs with her chorus.

Then we went to Eddies Blue and Gold Banquet for Boy Scouts. The theme this year was Birds of Prey. There was a couple of women there from Amicolola Falls State Park who brought some owls and vultures to show the boys. We also had dinner.

My niece Carrie is in town with her daughter, Claire from Tampa visiting. Claire was born on January 1st. Isnt she cute?

Kaila got her most recent GPA results. She is doing excellent in school. She is starting to look at colleges and right now is interested in studing photography. She wants to go to the Savannah College of Art and Design.

Dad has enjoyed playing our Wii. Here he is boxing. We have bowled also.

Mom and I also went to the Sewing and Quilt Expo. We spent about 3 hours walking through different exhibits about sewing. We each bought a few things and had a great time. I also took one day off from work and mom and I went shopping. We also had a great time doing that.

Ed hosted a poker game one Saturday evening. There were about 6 guys here. Some of them left around midnight, some left around 2:30am and some of them stayed until the morning! If you can believe it, Dad was up until 4:30am! He did take a nap the next day as did Ed.

That should catch us up for now!
