The Little Red Campfire

Ed bought me a Little Red Campfire to take to the camper at the hunting ground. We are only allowed to have one fire there and it is the huge fire ring in the middle. This works on propane and I can set it on the deck by the camper and have a fire anytime I want!

Getting ready to light it.

Fire! I have not tired it yet, but I bet I can roast a marshmallow on it!!

Thanksgiving

We had a great Thanksgiving this year. The kids and I left GA on Tuesday morning around 6am. It started to snow in VA and snowed most of the rest of the way there.

Thanksgiving day was Pegs 41st birthday so we celebrated on Wednesday evening with meatloaf, potatoes and pineapple upside down cake.

Kaila and her Godfather, Uncle Pat.

Judy, Marty and Eddie putting together a Lego backhoe on Thanksgiving day. Uncle Norb and Jill also joined us for dinner.

We had about 4 inches of snow on the ground, so the kids got to go sled riding. I think the girls only went out one time, but it was a daily thing for Eddie!

Here is Kelli going down the hill.

Kaila sledding.

Eddie sled riding.

We left PA on Saturday morning, no snow, but started to rain on SC and rained the rest of the way home. We had a great trip!

It's Official!

It is official! We are no longer UPS Store owners.

The first store that we bought 4 1/2 years ago sold last week and Ed worked this week with the new owner.

The second store we bought about 2 years ago sold on Friday. Ed has to work with the new owner this coming week and then he is done.

Hunting Camp

Ed and Eddie went hunting last weekend. They left on Friday evening and Kelli and I drove down on Saturday afternoon.

Kelli loved the swing by the fire pit!

On Saturday they saw a good size buck, but didn't get it. On Sunday morning they went back out again and Ed saw this deer. It is a spike. Eddie was pretty excited about Ed getting a deer.

Roxanne and Ethel went with us to the camp. They loved it. They could roam around without a lease and there was so much to smell!

The guys put the deer on the scales to weigh it, but we took it to a processor to take care of it for us.

128 pounds!!

They are going back again next weekend.

Happy Halloween

Kelli and Eddie went Trick or Treating last night with Dustin. Kaila had a football game and Ed and I went to that with her.

They had a good time and got lots of candy!
